Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods is operated by brothers Mark and Tim Stapleton. The company is proudly named after their grandfather Jack who was a butcher, as was his father–Charles Harvey Stapleton, the original Stapleton butcher in the Sutherland Shire.
The Stapleton family of butchers have been around for over 100 years, proudly serving the Sutherland Shire with premium quality, fresh meat. For over 10 years, Stapleton’s Quality Meats Gymea has been producing a range of deli smallgoods that have won an array of awards. Stapleton’s own ham and bacon, for example, have been both gold and silver medal winners at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. In 2011, a new brand was established to expand on this deli range and introduce a new range of dried beef products—and thus Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods was born.
